Job Vacancy Assistant to the CEO
Torsus are pleased to offer a new job vacancy for an Assistant to the CEO
This is a role based in our Kyiv Office.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing presentations, business letters, requests, questionnaires and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Research, analyzing and presenting materials to the CEO
- Drafting commercial offers for clients
- Drafting and negotiating basic agreements with counter parties
- Translating documents from/into English
- Ensuring proper file systems of the company
- Organizing and coordinating the logistics and custom clearance under implementation of company projects, drafting the necessary documents
- Corresponding with counter parties and key clients, suppliers, carriers, brokers regarding the implementation of company projects
- Informing the CEO about the current status of projects performed by the company
- Preparing and controlling the workflow regarding invoices procedures of company projects
- Communicating with service providers (accounting, consulting), ensuring presentation of necessary documents
- Planning the CEO’s working day, organizing meetings, business trips – ticket booking, support in obtaining visas, hotel reservation, logistics, etc.
- Providing administrative support as to participation in tenders: drafting documentation according to tender procedure requirements
- Assisting with documents formatting
- Helping the CEO and team members in daily work on their request
Main requirements:
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian both written and verbal
- Work experience on a similar position at least 1 year
- Reputable University degree
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills
- Respect and tolerance in relation to colleagues, sociability
- Good organizational and time management skills
